We are pleased to introduce Schoolber, offering two types of transportation services: Share Commute Service and Charter (1-1) Service. These are tailored to meet your family’s specific needs. Below is an overview of our services and processes:

1. Share Commute Service

Registration:
Parents can register online at https://parent.schoolber.com.sg/User/Register

Service Details:

  • Standard School Commute:

    • Covers one standard school start time and one standard school dismissal time.

    • Pricing: The cost is shared among all students on the route and finalized once the route is formed.

  • CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) Arrangements:

    • Additional charges apply for schedules that deviate from standard school timings.

    • Routes depend on the schedules and locations of other students.

Process:

  1. Online Registration: Parents register their interest online.

  2. Weekly Route Review: Routes are reviewed weekly based on demand.

  3. Cost Notification: Parents are informed of the estimated cost.

  4. Parent Confirmation: Confirm acceptance of the cost to secure a spot on the route.

  5. Payment Requirement: Payment must be completed to finalize the child’s placement.

  6. Route Formation: Routes are formed if sufficient confirmations and payments are received.

    • Parents will be informed if a route cannot be formed.

Payment Information:

  • Payments are not processed through the website.

  • Costs are shared among students on the route.

2. Charter (1-1) Service

Service Details:

  • Personalized Transportation:

    • A dedicated service for a single student or family.

    • The full cost is borne by one parent, without sharing with others.

  • CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) Arrangements:

    • Included without additional charges.

    • Requirement: A full-term schedule must be provided in advance for proper planning.

Payment Information:

  • Payments are not processed through the website.

  • A direct quotation is provided as the full cost is borne by one parent.
